Cyberattack on Collins Aerospace Disrupts Check-In Systems at Major European Airports

A cyberattack on the check-in and boarding system provider Collins Aerospace has disrupted operations at major European airports including Heathrow (London), Berlin-Brandenburg, Brussels, Dublin and Cork. Electronic check-in and baggage drop systems were disabled, forcing manual processing. Dozens of flights were delayed or canceled, with Brussels asking carriers to halve departures.
