Experts discuss DPDP Act at Cyber Crimes Conclave

On the first day of Cyber Crimes Conclave in IISC Bengaluru on Wednesday, cybersecurity experts discussed the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. "When the new law comes into force, you will either need to obtain consent and it explains how this consent has to be obtained, or else you need to fall under any other non-consent grounds," said Tech Law expert Akshaya Parthasarathy.
