Hackers Exploit Aviatrix Controller Vulnerability to Deploy Malware

A critical security flaw in Aviatrix Controller, identified as CVE-2024-50603 with a CVSS score of 10.0, is being actively exploited by hackers to deploy backdoors and cryptocurrency miners. The vulnerability allows unauthenticated remote code execution due to improper input sanitization in API endpoints. Users are advised to update to versions 7.1.4191 or 7.2.4996 to mitigate the risk.
