High Court Clash: UK Lawmaker Demands Injunction Against Musk's Grok AI

UK Labour MP Jess Asato is asking London’s High Court to order Elon Musk's xAI to implement permanent technical blocks preventing its Grok AI from generating non-consensual sexualized deepfakes of her. Citing data protection breaches and misuse of private information after users created explicit fakes of her, Asato's landmark suit targets AI developer liability, arguing xAI’s design choices directly enabled the abuse.
