Indians giving devices to kids without preparing them: Pavan Duggal

Cyber law expert Dr Paval Duggal called for introducing cyber laws in schools from the primary classes. "Indians give devices to kids as young as two or three years...We are thrusting them into deep sea water without empowering them," he said on our podcast 'In Conversation'. Adding that a lot of work needs to be done, he said courses need to be introduced in academia.
