IT Act is similar to Krishna's statement from Gita: Pavan Duggal

Dr Pavan Duggal drew a parallel between the
Bhagavad Gita and the IT Act. He said, "As Lord Krishna tells Arjuna in Gita to come under His refuge and He will protect him, the IT Act tells the same to companies." The IT Act implies that anyone can sue the company but the digital stakeholders can't be jailed or be forced to pay damages. "Once you're satisfied that you can't be sent to jail or you can't be forced to cough off money then you can be far more relaxed," he explained.
