Versa Secures $120M to Fund its Software-Defined Networking and Security Stack
<p>Versa, a networking and cybersecurity company, stated today that it has received $120 million in a combination of equity and debt, with Silicon Valley Bank and BlackRock as lead investors. Versa's CEO Kelly Ahuja tells TechCrunch that the funds would go into go-to-market strategies and scaling the business. This brings Versa's total funding received to $316 million. When asked what proportion of the financing was equity versus debt, he rebuffed the question.</p>
