Vietnam Investigates Major Cyberattack on National Credit Data

Vietnam’s cybersecurity agency is investigating a cyberattack on the National Credit Information Center (CIC), under the State Bank of Vietnam. Sensitive data—such as credit histories, risk assessments, and personal information—may have been accessed without authorization. The incident is suspected to involve international hacker group Shiny Hunters.
