Adobe Launches Project Indigo: Pro-Level Computational Camera App for iPhones

Adobe Labs, led by Marc Levoy and Florian Kainz, has released Project Indigo, a free iPhone camera app delivering DSLR-like image quality through computational photography. It captures and merges up to 32 frames for superior dynamic range, low noise, and super-resolution zoom—all without an Adobe login. With full manual controls (focus, ISO, shutter, white balance) and seamless Lightroom integration, Indigo serves as a testing ground for future AI camera innovations.
