Meta has rolled out live voice and video calling for its Muse AI companion to all U.S. users across mobile, web, and Mac platforms. Powered by new real-time avatar models, the feature lets users interact face-to-face with customizable digital characters—ranging from realistic personas to animated avatars. Incorporating facial expressions and watermarking safeguards, the feature is restricted to users 18 and older.
