Advocacy groups UltraViolet and the Heat Initiative staged a protest outside Apple Park, targeting incoming CEO John Ternus. The groups are demanding that Apple ban Elon Musk’s xAI app, Grok, alongside dozens of other "nudify" applications.The protesters accuse Apple of profiting over $117 million—including $35 million from Grok alone—by hosting AI tools that generate nonconsensual, sexualized deepfakes and facilitate child abuse materials.
