CIO seen as adversary in hospital initially: JP Dwivedi

JP Dwivedi, CIO of Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre, said that a CIO is seen as an adversary in a hospital initially. "They are also seen with suspicion but once they cross this phase and make stakeholders realise that technology isn't their enemy, then they are seen as problem solvers," he said in our podcast 'In Conversation'.
