By TechShots Studio

Australia signed a historic A$2.5 billion ($1.75 billion) agreement to export its sophisticated Over-the-Horizon Radar technology to Canada. Marking Australia’s largest-ever defense export deal, the advanced Jindalee radar network can track missiles and aircraft up to 3,000 kilometers away by bouncing signals off the ionosphere. Canada will deploy the system to significantly boost long-range surveillance and threat detection across its vast Arctic region.
