A US federal judge has blocked the Trump administration's policy targeting foreign researchers and trust-and-safety professionals with visa restrictions or deportation. The policy aimed at non-citizens working on online misinformation and content moderation—including CCDH CEO Imran Ahmed—was ruled a likely violation of First Amendment free speech protections.
