X Scores Trademark Win, but Rival Can Still Use ‘Tweet’

A federal judge has temporarily blocked Operation Bluebird from using the “Twitter” name for its rival social network, siding with X in a trademark dispute. However, the court found that X likely abandoned the “Tweet” trademark and the iconic bird logo, allowing the startup to use them for now.
