Mistral Releases Its Trillion-Parameter AI Model Le Chonk, Targeting Enterprise Cybersecurity and Threat Detection

French AI company Mistral has released the weights for Mistral Large 4 (ML4), nicknamed Le Chonk, allowing businesses and governments to download and deploy the trillion-parameter model on their own infrastructure. It targets cybersecurity, vulnerability detection and incident response. Mistral claims it delivers performance comparable to GLM-5.3 while using 47% fewer tokens per task. The weights are available through Hugging Face and Mistral's API.
