Major US tech companies, including Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and Meta, are among the private donors financing President Donald Trump’s controversial $300 million White House ballroom project. The expansive, privately-funded 90,000-square-foot venue is being built on the site of the recently demolished East Wing, aiming to significantly increase the White House's capacity for hosting large-scale official events.
