Byju Raveendran Appeals NCLT's Decision on Creditor Committee and Resolution Professional Appointment

Byju's founder and CEO, Byju Raveendran, has challenged the National Company Law Tribunal's (NCLT) January ruling that reinstated Glas Trust and Aditya Birla Finance to the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Think & Learn, Byju's parent company. The NCLT had criticized the interim resolution professional (IRP), Pankaj Srivastava, for reconstituting the CoC on August 31, leading to his replacement by Shailendra Ajmera from EY as the new resolution professional.
