Chakr Innovation Raises $23M to Scale Emission-Control Tech & Expand Globally
Deep-tech startup Chakr Innovation, based out of IIT-Delhi, has secured $23 million (≈ ₹193.5 crore) in a funding round led by Iron Pillar. The Gurugram firm builds clean-tech solutions, including a catalyst retrofit device called Chakr Shield that cuts diesel generator emissions by over 80%, and aluminium-air battery alternatives. The capital will fuel growth in manufacturing, international expansion, R&D, and a new materials science centre for critical technologies.
