Flipkart-Backed Shadowfax Files for Rs 2,000 Crore IPO
Logistics firm Shadowfax, backed by investors including Flipkart and TPG, has filed an updated Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) aiming to raise Rs 2,000 crore. The proposed IPO consists of both a fresh issue of shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) by existing shareholders, marking a major public market debut for the company.
