India's Data Centre Capacity To More Than Double By FY27, Says ICRA

India's data center capacity is projected to more than double to 2,100 MW by FY27, driven by strong demand from cloud services, AI, and data localization policies, according to ICRA. The expansion will require an estimated investment of ₹45,000 crore. Tier-2 cities are expected to see increased data center development as the market grows, reflecting India's push for digital infrastructure enhancement.
