Manipal Group Bids for Bankrupt Byju's Parent
Ranjan Pai's Manipal Education & Medical Group (MEMG) has submitted an Expression of Interest to bid for Think & Learn, the bankrupt parent company of Byju's. MEMG, already the largest shareholder in Aakash Educational Services, is primarily eyeing Think & Learn's remaining 25% stake in Aakash. The bidding deadline for the insolvent company's assets has been extended to November 13.
