No More Appeals: TCS Suffers Final Blow in US Legal Battle

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has run out of legal options in the US after the Supreme Court refused to review its appeal in a long-standing trade secrets dispute with DXC Technology. Consequently, the Indian IT giant will book a one-time exceptional charge of $70 million in Q1 FY2027. This brings the company's total financial exposure in the legacy software lawsuit to $220 million.
