Fintech major Pine Labs has fully acquired Shopflo, a SaaS-based e-commerce checkout platform, in a deal valued at ₹88 crore. This strategic acquisition allows Pine Labs to strengthen its online payment ecosystem and offer seamless checkout experiences for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. By integrating Shopflo’s technology, Pine Labs aims to expand its merchant commerce offerings, providing an end-to-end solution.
