Sequoia Capital Leadership Shake-Up: Botha Steps Down

Roelof Botha is stepping down as the managing partner of Sequoia Capital after a little over three years. Investing veterans Alfred Lin and Pat Grady will jointly take over the leadership of the storied Silicon Valley venture capital firm. Botha, who had been with Sequoia since 2003 and led the US/European business, will remain with the firm in an advisory role.
