Uber Direct Enters India’s B2B Logistics via ONDC Network
Uber has launched "Uber Direct" in India, marking its entry into the B2B logistics sector via the government-backed Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). The service, currently live in Bengaluru, functions as a plug-and-play logistics engine for businesses. It has onboarded partners like Zepto and KPN Farm Fresh for grocery delivery and will soon expand to food delivery for brands including KFC and Burger King.
