U.S. Reverses AI Chip Export Curbs, Easing Pressure on Indian Cloud and Data Firms

The U.S. has rescinded the Biden-era AI Diffusion Rule, which would have capped India's annual GPU imports at 50,000 units, alleviating concerns for Indian cloud and data center companies reliant on advanced chips for AI development.
