Anti-Leak Lockdown: Delhi High Court Backs Nationwide Telegram Suspension

The Delhi High Court upheld the Centre's decision to temporarily suspend Telegram services across India until June 22. Ruling ahead of the NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination for over 22 lakh candidates, the court deemed the emergency restriction justified and proportionate to prevent exam fraud and paper leaks, after previous content takedowns proved ineffective.
