Build for Tomorrow: Paytm CEO Urges India to Cultivate AI Champions for the Masses

Paytm CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma called on India to build homegrown "AI champions" to bring artificial intelligence to the grassroots level. Speaking at the J.R.D. Tata Memorial Lecture, he urged companies to invest heavily in future technologies like AI and semiconductors rather than relying on existing business models, driving national progress toward the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.
