India Ranks 36th Globally in Frontier Tech Readiness: UN Report

India has secured the 36th position out of 170 countries in the UN's Frontier Technology Readiness Index 2024, reflecting its growing capabilities in AI, robotics, and green tech. The report highlights India's potential due to its strong science and engineering base but calls for greater investment in innovation and infrastructure. China ranked first, followed by South Korea and the US.
