Indian Electronics Industry Prepared to Navigate Tariff Challenges
S Krishnan, Secretary of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), stated that India's electronics sector is in a favorable position compared to other nations concerning the recent reciprocal tariffs imposed by the Trump administration. While manufacturers have not expressed significant concerns, the government remains vigilant, preparing for scenarios such as potential dumping of goods by countries facing higher tariffs.
