Tata Communications is aggressively expanding its subsea fiber network between India and Singapore to fuel the region's exploding AI demand. The telecom giant is integrating a new submarine cable system between Mumbai and Singapore, while simultaneously joining a consortium to build a Chennai-to-Singapore route by late 2029. The strategic upgrades will anchor vital, high-capacity traffic across India's booming data center market.
