Turbulence Ahead: Air India's Q1 Loss Set to Cross ₹1,200 Crore

Air India’s provisional Q1 FY27 net loss is projected to exceed ₹1,200 crore, driven by soaring jet fuel prices and Pakistani airspace closures. Singapore Airlines recorded a ₹311.78 crore hit from its 25.1% stake in the carrier. Despite major fleet expansion plans, Tata Sons estimates a full turnaround could take up to a decade.
