Digantara and Japan’s ispace Partner to Map Lunar Orbit
Bengaluru-based startup Digantara has partnered with Japanese lunar exploration firm ispace to create a detailed map of the lunar orbit (cislunar region) using space situational awareness technologies. The collaboration, formalized during PM Modi’s Tokyo visit, aims to safeguard future lunar missions by tracking debris, enabling safe navigation, and fostering long-term lunar infrastructure and sustainability.
