OpenAI raises $2.5B at a $32B valuation in a new funding round

OpenAI secures $3.2B in funding to fuel growth, ChatGPT valued at $1.5B. OpenAI, the AI research lab, has raised $3.2 billion in a funding round led by Coatue and including Microsoft, Reid Hoffman, Khosla Ventures, Tiger Global, and others. The funding will support OpenAI's growth in AI research and development, product development, and expanding its team. The company's language model, ChatGPT, is now valued at $1.5 billion.
