Uber’s $15B Bid for Delivery Hero Wins Board Approval

Delivery Hero’s management and supervisory boards have backed Uber’s nearly $15 billion takeover offer and recommended shareholders accept it. If approved, the deal would significantly expand Uber’s global delivery footprint, creating one of the world’s largest food delivery platforms and strengthening its position against rivals such as DoorDash.
