Anthropic’s IPO Filing Reveals How Its AI Ecosystem Keeps Enterprise Customers Spending More

Anthropic is using an integrated ecosystem of Claude models, APIs and applications such as Claude Code and Cowork to deepen enterprise relationships. More than half of customers spending at least $100,000 annually now use both its platform and first-party apps. Its enterprise net revenue retention reached approximately 900%, reflecting substantial spending growth from existing customers. However, Anthropic warns that dependence on major cloud providers and large customers creates business risks.
