Apple Contempt Upheld, Commission Ban Overturned

A federal appeals court upheld the contempt ruling against Apple for "brazenly defying" an order to allow alternative payment links in the iPhone App Store, stemming from the Epic Games lawsuit. However, the court overturned the part of the ruling that banned Apple from collecting a commission on external purchases, ordering the case reopened to determine a fair fee Apple can charge.
