Apple Moves Delhi High Court to Block CCI Request for Sensitive Financial Data
Apple has approached the Delhi High Court seeking an intervention to prevent the Competition Commission of India (CCI) from demanding its detailed financial information. The tech giant argues that the antitrust regulator’s request for proprietary data is overbroad and unnecessary for the ongoing investigation into its App Store policies. Apple contends that disclosing such sensitive records could harm its competitive position.
