Ex-DOGE Architect Blasts H-1B Visa 'Scam' Exploiting Workers
James Fishback, former architect of the "DOGE Dividend" idea, has strongly criticized the H-1B visa program, calling it a "scam" by US companies. He claims firms avoid hiring qualified Americans by concealing job postings, instead importing cheaper foreign labor, primarily from India. Fishback stated that while Indians and Chinese workers believe they are better off, they too end up being exploited by companies abusing the visa system.
