Honeywell and NXP Semiconductors have expanded their collaboration to develop AI-driven aviation technology, focusing on autonomous flight systems. This partnership integrates Honeywell's Anthem avionics—a cloud-connected cockpit system—with NXP's high-performance computing architecture to enhance flight planning and management. The collaboration also aims to adapt NXP's autonomy architecture, initially designed for the automotive industry, to improve autonomous flying capabilities.
