India Issues Notice to Apple Over Spyware Alerts, Offers Device Checks

The Indian government issued a notice to Apple regarding notifications sent to users warning of state-sponsored spyware attacks. The government is seeking a detailed explanation from the company. Following the alert, the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) announced it would provide voluntary device checks for affected citizens to ensure their security and investigate the potential security threats.
