Info Edge Faces Investigation After Whistle-Blower Claims Policy Violations
Info Edge has received a whistle-blower complaint accusing certain staff in its 99acres real estate listings business of violating company policies. The Board and Audit Committee have taken note and engaged a specialist law firm to conduct an independent, comprehensive investigation. According to a BSE filing, the probe is ongoing and so far there is no material impact on the company’s financial statements.
