Karnataka's First Semiconductor Unit to Establish in Mysuru, Creating 460 Jobs

Silectric Semiconductor is set to establish Karnataka's inaugural semiconductor manufacturing unit at the Kochanahalli Electronics Manufacturing Cluster near Mysuru, investing ₹3,426 crore. This project is expected to generate approximately 460 jobs. The initiative is among nine projects approved by the State High-Level Clearance Committee, totaling ₹9,823 crore in investments and projected to create 5,605 jobs across the state.
