Kerala Climate Tech Startup Wins Shipyard Grant
Neiox Eco Cycle, a deep-tech climate startup from Kerala, secured a Rs 75 lakh prototyping grant from Cochin Shipyard Ltd under the USHUS Maritime Innovation Scheme. The funding will support the development of a carbon-negative, non-toxic marine hull coating. This innovative material, derived from captured air pollutants, is designed to enhance ship fuel efficiency, reduce emissions, and protect marine ecosystems.
