Leaked setup files inside Meta’s Quest software have offered a first look at "Phoenix," an ultra-light mixed-reality headset weighing around 110 grams. By offloading its processor and battery to a waist-tethered external puck, the glasses-like device removes bulky facial padding and physical controllers, relying entirely on eye tracking and hand gestures for virtual desktop productivity and media consumption.
