Available in Instant, Thinking, and Pro versions, the model excels at complex tasks including creating spreadsheets, presentations, coding, and understanding long-context documents. The update also includes enhanced safety protocols, specifically for sensitive mental health conversations, and is rolling out to paid ChatGPT users.
