OpenClaw Boosts Marketplace Security After Malware Discovery in Top AI Skill

OpenClaw has implemented mandatory security scanning for all submissions following the discovery of malware disguised as a popular Twitter writing bot. The malicious "skill" used a botnet to artificially inflate downloads and dominate the ClawHub marketplace. While the platform has now enhanced its defenses, developers are being urged to manually audit skill files or build custom tools to ensure safety.
