Shopify acquires checkout blocks to enhance checkout Customization

Shopify has acquired Checkout Blocks, a popular app that allows Shopify Plus merchants to make no-code customizations to their checkout. The acquisition enables merchants to enhance customer experience and potentially boost sales by adding features like AI recommendations, custom content, and personalized order status pages. Over 850 merchants currently use Checkout Blocks, including brands like Olipop and Kosas.
