Tata Electronics is constructing a semiconductor plant in Assam and erected a sturdy perimeter wall to prevent wild elephants from entering the site—a risk that once disrupted construction. Now, the company faces a new challenge: an influx of snakes. To ensure safety for workers and wildlife, Tata is collaborating with experts to install snake-proof barriers and implement response protocols.
